Payment Terms:
For regularly scheduled ongoing daily dog walking or other regularly scheduled ongoing daily Service Visits: Payment is preferred weekly and on each Monday for the coming week. Fee's for any unused visits will be given as a credit to be deducted from the following weeks total.
For vacation/travel pet sitting engagements: A non-refundable down payment of 50% payable in advance will retain Creature Comforts for future Pet Sitting Engagements (a Service Visit Calendar Commitment) with the remaining 50% balance due a minimum of 1 week prior to the date of start of service.
Advanced Notice/Changes/Cancellation: When Creature Comforts makes specific Service Visit Calendar Commitments to a client that time is no longer available for billable service to others. Providing change or cancelation notice well in advance of a Service Visit Calendar Commitment is appreciated and result in a credit balance for an amount equal to the downpayment that will be mainatined for use within 1 calendar year from original Service Visit Calendar Commitment date.
